No Complicated Rules So How Can This Solve?

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Fog: The grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits reveals clues in the surrounding 3x3 area. Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the number in its attached circle. Unique Arrows per color: All arrows of the same color are a different length. Arrows do not cross or overlap. All colors are significantly different and colorblind friendly. Lines are too thin to be visible in crossed corners. No guessing is required, nor is any squinting!
